Thank you for your email of 1 May 2016,  asking for the following information under 
the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) which you previously asked for in 2014: 
“Please disclose whether Dr Cheesman, to the best of the 
Corporations knowledge, is associated with or is the director of 
any private vocational/rehabilitation or publicly funded 
vocational/rehabilitation service” 
ACC  advises that we were aware of Dr Ben Cheesman’s associations  with and 
directorship of private and publicly funded health services in 2014.  
As our previous response advised, you can search for Dr Cheesman’s directorships 
in the New Zealand Companies Register on the Companies Office 
website: www.business.govt.nz/companies
