Thank you for your request on 15 March 2016.  You asked for a copy  of the final signed 
contract for the following study that was tendered by PHARMAC through the Government 
Electronic Tenders Service (GETS):

Section 15A of the Official Information Act 1982  (OIA)  allows an extension of time for a 
response  if  consultation  is  necessary to make a decision on the request.  PHARMAC is 
consulting on your request and is extending the response date for your request by a further 5 
working days to 20 April 2016.  
 
Please note you have the right, by way of complaint under section 28(3) of the OIA to an 
Ombudsman, to seek an investigation and review of our decision.
