Thank you for your request dated 2 February which was transferred from Auckland Council to Auckland 
Transport on 22 February 2016 requesting the following; 
We noticed that the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board discussed an item concerning "Bayswater Wharf" 
at its Local Board Briefing on Tuesday 2 February at 3:00 pm 
1. Why was the item deemed to be not for the public to hear?
This presentation was an update to the Local Board on the status of various agreements and 
funding  options.  This  information  is  considered  privileged  information  and  not  for  public 
consumption.
2. Can we please have a copy of anything in the item discussed that does not qualify for confidentiality?
Attached is a copy of the presentation in full. 
As noted in the presentation,  this project is not funded in the current Long Term Plan, and is currently 
only  funded  to  complete  the  detailed  design  phase.  Any  future  works  will  require  further  funding 
confirmation.  Dates included in the presentation are a guide only of possible timeframes. 
We trust the above information has addressed the matters raised however,  should you believe that we 
have not responded appropriately to your request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) 
of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review 
in regard to this matter.
