Thank you for your Official Information Act request relating to statistics on the minimum, 
average, and maximum CPAC scores for which patients were assessed and scheduled hip 
and knee total replacement surgery, in 2014 and 2015, which was transferred to the South 
Canterbury District Health Board by the Ministry of Health on the 16 December 2015.
