Thank you for your email of 27 October 2025 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:
Please may I have the full list of active visa paks used by Immigration New Zealand in their
assessments.
Our Response
Due to the substantial amount of work that would be required to research and col ate the information
you have requested, we are refusing your request under section 18(f) of the Act. To provide this
information would require the manual search of 3,079 articles across 646 issues of Visa Paks to
determine whether they are currently active and fal within the scope of your request.
In accordance with sections 18A and 18B of the Act, I have considered whether fixing a charge,
extending the time limit, or consulting with you would enable the request to be granted but it is my
view it would not.
A number of Visa Paks are published to the Immigration New Zealand website, which you can access

Visa Pak, you are welcome to submit a new request with the specific document you are looking for.
