Thank you for your email of 21 October 2025 requesting the fol owing information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I request copies of the most recent “Public Attitudes to Road Safety” survey reports published by 
NZTA. 
 
I can confirm the April to June 2024 Public Attitudes to Road Safety report (the report) located on our 
website is the latest version available. Since its last edition, the report has now been superseded by 
the Road User Safety Monitor Annual Report. This change has been made to streamline reporting and 
to improve the depth and comparability of its insights. We are expecting the 2025 Road User Safety 
Monitor Annual Report to be published on our website in November 2025.  
 
Once the report is published, NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) will be in touch to provide 
you with the appropriate link. 
 
In line with NZTA policy, this response will soon be published on our website, with personal 
information removed.
