Request for Arras Tunnel heights above sea level

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
I am interested in the Basin Reserve traffic issues and especially
in understanding the future options to improve it.
To help with understanding these options, the WCC provided me with the geographical positions and ground elevation above Sea Level for most locations around the Basin reserve (refer https://fyi.org.nz/request/3160-request-...). However, the WCC does not hold the geographic locations and height above sea level for the road entrances of the Arras tunnel as their survey information is from before this tunnel was built.
1) Can the NZTA please provide the geographic location and height above sea level for the eastern SH1 road entrance to the Arras Tunnel ?
2) Can the NZTA please provide the geographic location and height above sea level for the western SH1 road entrance to the Arras Tunnel ?
If this information is held in electronic form, I would prefer it was provided in its complete and original electronic format. Also, I would prefer, where possible, that correspondence on this information request be via the FYI web site.
Happy to discuss to assist the NZTA in providing the requested information.
