The briefing titled AM24-0740 Bonamia ostreae - Autumn 2024 Surveil ance Update is 
withheld in full pursuant to section 9(2)(f)(iv) of the OIA – to maintain the constitutional 
conventions for the time being which protect the confidentiality of advice tendered by 
Ministers of the Crown and officials. 
 
Some consultation is stil  required before I release the document, AM24-0709 Biography and 
suggested topics for meeting with Hon Chris Picton, South Australian Minister for Health and 
Wellbeing. I wil  release this to you as soon as possible.

outweighed by other considerations which render it desirable in the public interest to make 
the information available.
