INFORMATION REQUEST
On 23 August 2024 you asked for information about conflicts of interest. Here is our response
to your questions:
Please  provide  any  communications,  advice  received/given  regarding  Cr  Rod
Taylor  and  any  real  or  perceived  conflicts  of  interest  regarding  TCC  CBD
projects,  Cr  Rod  Taylors  ownership  of  multiple  CBD  businesses  and  Cr  Rod
Taylor  membership/chairmanship  of  the  Project  Planning  and  Monitoring
Committee or voting/contributing to matters related to TCC CBD projects.
We attach the requested information.
This request and the response have been considered under the LGOIMA1. The names and
contact details of a member of the public and the lawyer, who spoke to Elected Members
about conflicts of interest are withheld under section 7(2)(a) withholding is necessary to
protect the privacy of natural persons including that of deceased natural persons.
If you are not happy with this response you have the right to seek an investigation and
review by the Ombudsman. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
