Thank you for your official information request of 18 January 2024 to the
Real Estate Authority (REA).

 

We understand you have requested the following information:

"May I kindly seek further information for the timeline of publishing the
CAC if there is a timeline. Also what sort of information (you have
decided) will be publish online and would you be able to let me know by
replying to this email once the link is available to the public?

 

In the email, you have mentioned seeking consent, is there a form for CAC
member to sign or what sort of consent you are talking about here."

 

We will respond to your request as soon as we can and by no later than 16
February 2024, being 20 working days from the date we received your
request, in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982.

 

We will provide the response by email to this address.  If you would
prefer another method, please let us know.  Please also do not hesitate to
