Thank you for your email on 15 May 2023, asking for the following which has been considered
under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act):
“I’m requesting info on all radio frequencies you currently use and what you use them”
A member of the Te Whatu Ora Ministerial Services team sent a clarification email to you on 17
May 2023 seeking clarification on your request. However, we did not receive a response from you.
Your request is not made with due particularity, as required by section 12(2) of the Act. On this
basis, we are refusing your request under section 18(g) of the Act.
We did take some steps to confirm whether we may be able to respond, but without clarification
from you we cannot. We have consulted with the Ministry of Health on information relating to radio
frequencies, however they have advised that they do not hold any information about radio
frequencies.
Te Whatu Ora remains wil ing to work with you on a new request if you’re able to provide more
detail as to what you are seeking.
