INFORMATION REQUEST – Copy of draft preliminary business case for the Tauranga
Domain Stadium development
We write in response to your email dated 1 May 2023 in which you requested the following
information:
I kindly request any draft and/or original versions (before peer review) of the
Tauranga Multi Use Boutique Stadium Preliminary Business Case document
which was presented to the council on 1st May
We have considered your request in accordance with the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (“
LGOIMA”) and respond as follows:
Council received one draft version of the Preliminary Community Stadium Business Case
before the final version was released. This draft is attached.
