Good afternoon Paul,

Thank you for your request on 13 December 2022. Your request will be managed under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) (the Act).

We will do our best to get a response to you by 2 February 2023, this being the statutory 20 working days after your request was received. Please note that the statutory period of 20 working days provided by the Act covers the period of Christmas/New Year. This means that your request is being processed in accordance with Section 2, Interpretation - (1)(c) of the Act, that is “working day” means any day of the week other than weekends and a day in the period commencing with 20 December 2022 and ending with 10 January 2023 (inclusive).

Please note, the response date of 2 February 2023 also takes in to consideration the Wellington Anniversary public holiday on Monday 23 January which is not considered to be a working day.
