Thank you for your email of 8 December 2022 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I was wondering if it is possible to have the aurecon plans for the Takitimu Northern Link made 
available? 
 
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency emailed you on 9 December 2022 seeking clarification of the 
information you requested, as Aurecon has not worked on the Takitimu North Link project. As we have 
not received a response to this email, I am refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Act 
because the information you have requested does not exist. 
 
You may be interested in the information about the Takitimu North Link that is available on the Waka 
Kotahi website at www.nzta.govt.nz/takitimunorth. You may also be interested in the Stage One 
Concept Design Map which can be accessed under the resources section of the project page.  
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision on this
