Privacy Act 2020 request dated 29 November 2022 (ref RSOC22230051)
The Department is extending the deadline for responding to the above Privacy Act request
by 10 working days to 31 January 2023 under section 48(1)(b) of the Privacy Act.
This extension is required because:
• 48(1)(b) – Consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original time
limit
