Kia Ora,

Happy Monday to you!

My name is Angus Watson, I'm the Marketing Manager at Crimson Education and I'm reaching out to let your school know about our incredible annual scholarship, the Te Ara a Kupe Beaton Scholarship where applications are now open! I'm trying to create as much awareness of this scholarship and encourage as many incredible applicants as possible to apply this year so please read below and spread the word within your school as best you can.

Who: All ambitious and bright young Māori students in years 10-13
What: Up to $25,000 worth of Crimson support and services granted to 5 students to help them reach their maximum academic potential. (so far we've given away over $500k worth of services with this annual scholarship)
When: Applications are open now and close on Sunday, April 10th
How: Sign up at www.crimsoneducation.org/nz/about-us/te-ara-a-kupe-beaton-scholarship/ and apply using the email link sent upon registration.
Why: Our primary focus is to help students get into the top universities around the world and this scholarship aims to increase the visibility of Māori students succeeding on the world stage.

You may have already seen or heard about this scholarship in the NZ Herald or The Weekend Sun or seen Hēmi Kelly promote it for us on his "Everyday Māori" Facebook page. I've attached Hēmi's video to this email as he sums the scholarship up so eloquently.

Applications close soon and I'd love it if you could promote the opportunity throughout your school or forward this information to the right person and encourage as many bright and ambitious students as you can to apply. The scholarship is only for Māori students and they must also be living in New Zealand. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions!

Ngā mihi,
Angus
