(MBIE) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following: 
 
Please update about 
 
1;-  Count  of  parent  residency  EOIs  that  were  selected  and  invited  on  the  draw  held  on  14 
November 2022. Please share the count of persons 
 
2:- The partial response of my other OIA request said that you will provide me response as 
soon as possible. I can understand that you may need more time to answer that. However can 
you either provide an extension to the OIA request as per the Act or suggest by when can you 
provide that information. 
 
Our Response 
 
As at 13 December 2022, a total of 86 Invitations to apply (ITA), representing 137 people, were issued 
for Expressions of Interest (EOI) drawn from the Parent Resident Visa category pool on 14 November 
2022.
