Subject: Official Information Act request - Subsidiaries of Kordia

Dear Kordia Group Limited,

Kordia is a State-Owned Enterprise and subject to the Official Information Act. Under Schedule 1 of the OIA, related companies of State enterprises (defined in s2(1A) as an NZ registered company directly or indirectly wholly owned or controlled by an SOE) are also subject to the OIA. I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* a list of all related companies of Kordia, including for each one a contact email address.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
