-  Attachment 2 – Auckland Harbour Bridge Active Mode Provision – Traffic Impact Assessment 
Phase 2.  
 
Some information in attachments 1 and 1A has been withheld under section 9(2)(f)(iv) of the Act to 
maintain the current constitutional conventions protecting the confidentiality of advice tendered by 
Ministers and officials. 
 
Some information in attachment 2 has been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to protect the 
privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons. 
 
With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider there are any other factors 
which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make this information available.  
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to
