Can you please provide a view of services and goods ordered by ACC from MoveMe Health for ACC
clients.
I would like a breakdown by month for the last 24 months:
- The number of services/products ordered
- The average value of those orders
- The average time to deliver the service/order from the date of consultation to the delivery to ACC
clients
Please find attached the information you requested related to MoveMe Health
The table overleaf provides you with the number of purchase orders created for MoveMe Health, their
average product cost and the average timeframe from consultation to the date of service for the orthotics
item.
Please note that the average time between consultation and the service date of purchased items should be
taken as indicative, as the service codes used to calculate these timeframes are subject to variation and
may change based on client circumstances. There may also be variation in how invoices are completed,
which could influence the dates recorded.

and 31 August 2022 for vendor VAM561 - MoveMe.
• The costs provided in this table are inclusive of GST.
• Payments for orthoses provided by MoveMe where the service date is between 1 September 2020
and 31 August 2022.
• Includes any service code starting with ORT, except delivery fees (code ORTDEL), consultations
(codes starting with ORT2), and codes related to moonboots. Each service payment is matched to
the most recent orthotics consultation (codes starting with ORT2) that occurred on or before the
orthosis was provided, as long as that consultation was within the previous 180 days. The table
includes the average number of days between the matched consultation and the date the orthosis
was provided.
• ‘Average days’ refer to calendar days rather than working days.
• Data were extracted on 28 September 2022 and may differ if rerun later.
