‘…a copy of the speech delivered by Consul General to Hawaii Mike Ketchen to the 
Indo-Pacific Maritime Security Exchange conference held in Honolulu earlier this 
month. If any talking points or presentation (e.g. PowerPoint slides) were prepared for 
the Consul General’s participation in this event, I would like to request copies of these 
as well.’
