Caveats for Tables One and Two:
- Table One contains all applications received during each month.
- Table Two only contains individual applications which were both received AND Granted during these months. i.e in Feb 2022, 18 applications
which were received in January were granted and five that were received in February, in Aug 2022, 294 applications which were received in
January were granted and 376 that were received in February and so on.
- As the data is extracted from a dynamic system, there may be small variances when compared with prior or future datasets.

Table Three - Number of Citizenship by Grant applications per queue (as at 15 August 2022)
This Table contains the number of Service Request per queue, a Service Request could have more than one CBG request

I note that the ‘assessment’ stage is where the bulk of the processing time is spent and the ‘validation’ stage is where the assessment of the
application is second checked by another team member.
Table Four - Number of trained case officers per queue (as at 15 August 2022)
Some Life and Identity Service Officers (LISO’s) will be counted in more than one queue. The Validation Queue 5 is currently managed by a Team Leader, so has no LISO’s
assigned to it.
