Conflicts of Interest Controls
Thank you for your request for official information which we received on 19 July. The specific
details of your request and our responses are set out below.
Alexis Poppelbaum, who is an elected member of Auckland Council also works
in her sister's office, Erica Stanford, the local MP within the area for which she
was elected.
Can you please provide/answer the following:
1. What controls does Auckland Council and/or the member have in place
to manage this COI
2. Please provide evidence of where this COI has been disclosed to the
public
3. Please confirm whether any complaints have been received for this
COI?

of Conduct. There were no complaints received regarding a conflict of interest for Alexis
Poppelbaum during the time she was working at the East Coast Bays Electorate Of ice.
