[FYI request #19806 email]
Dear Harry
Thank you for your Official Information Act request, received by the Treasury on 24
August 2022. You requested:
…all documents and Cabinet papers mentioning Whangārei in relation to
infrastructure and health funding decisions from October 2017.
Your request was transferred to several agencies by the Cabinet Office on 24 August
2022 and was extended by 50 days on 21 September 2022.
Your initial request was substantial in scope. The Treasury contacted you on 27
September 2022 and 17 October 2022 asking if you would consider refining your
request to the following:
All health-related infrastructure documents mentioning Whangārei, during the
period of the current Government.
We have not received a response from you on this matter. Therefore, due to the
substantial scope of the original request, I am refusing your request under section 18(f)
of the Official Information Act -
that the information requested cannot be made
available without substantial collation or research.
I have included some information that is publicly available which relates to the
information requested that may be of use to you.
