Pursuant to the correspondence directed to us by the Cabinet Office, thank you for your 2 
July 2022 request for the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the 
Act): 
  “All documents and Cabinet papers mentioning Whangārei in relation to 
infrastructure and health funding decisions from the date beginning October 2017” 
The following papers have been referred by the Cabinet Office to be considered under this 
request:  
  ‘Former Refugees, Recent Migrants and Ethnic Communities Employment Action 
Plan’ dated 8/12/2021 
  ‘The Youth Plan: Reporting on Progress’ dated 14/04/2021 
Neither of these papers are considered to fall under the scope of your request and, 
therefore, no further action is being taken by this office with regards to your request. 
Additionally, if these papers had fallen within scope, your request would have been 
refused under section 18(d) of the Act, as the papers are already publicly available. They 
have been proactively released and are available at
