Hi Dave – thanks for drafting up the response to this OIA.
I’ve tweaked it up a bit, and have just met with Scott Spackman to seek his guidance on the
proposed response.
He’s all good with the attached amended copy.
I also met this morning with Ministerial Services and we’ve plugged in a short extension date on
getting this back to them by Wednesday 2 Feb.
If it needs a further extension past that date, you just need to pop up to see them on 5th floor
and they’ll sort that out no problem. (I was dealing with Catherine English – very helpful lady).
It would pay for you to go up there anyway to let them know you have completed the response
and that it’s been provisionally given the thumbs up from Legal.
Next step is loading it not the Information Request machine and sending it through that process
to the next recipient – again, they’ll show you that.

far as I can see/ am aware of.
