who had been infected within 28 days (or longer) of a covid infection?
Q2.2 What are the qualifications and experience in determining causation - of each of

Q2.3 Please indicate what method is used for this retrospective assessment of cause of
death: eg medical file review etc
The Ministry of Health does not hold any information relating to this part of your request; 
however, I have been advised that this information is held by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).
