Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) request dated 8 May 2022,
relating to the National Gang List (NGL) for:
In regards the 'intelligence' used in adding an individual to the list, please
provide a list of any outside agencies who have provided information used to
support additions of individuals to the NGL, and examples of the forms of
collaboration such agencies have provided. For example, drivers license photos
from the NZTA, photographs from the NZ Passport office, reports from Oranga
Tamariki, etc.
This information is contained in the Information Sharing Agreement between the New
Zealand Gang Intelligence Centre Agencies, which is publicly available at:
