Planning Committee meeting on Thursday, 31 March 2022. The specific details of your request 
and our response is below. 
 
“I'm trying to identify which documents on the website are the report and attachments 
that  were  presented  to  the  Planning  Committee  during  item  C1  of  their  meeting  on 
Thursday, 31 March 2022. Could you direct me to those?” 
 
Our  Plans  and  Places  department  have  provided  a  copy  of  the  report  and  attachment 
presented during item C1 in the attached.  
 
Please note, the report, its attachments, minutes, and minutes attachments of the confidential 
part  of  the  31  March  Planning  Committee  meeting  are  also  available  online  and  can  be 
accessed here.
