[FYI request #18910 email]  e and author of this TCR. Police

action appropriate & in keeping with current policy.  There was no 
indication prior to incident that Police presence was having any 
detrimental effect on the driver's behaviour. Incident documented 
accurately and coded correctly. On going investigation to identify the 
offending driver.
