I acknowledge receipt of your official information request to Education New 
Zealand, dated 15 March 2022, seeking the following:  
 
Mai I kindly request the full board meeting for ENZ from January 2019 to the 
February 2022. I understand from my recent OIA request that the board meets 
10 times a year. If would be great to also understand the meeting date set for 
this year. 
 
The subject line of your email states that you are seeking ‘full Board meeting 
minutes’ and we will therefore assume these words were due to be included in 
the above question. 
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any 
event no later than Monday 11 April 2022, being 20 working days after the day 
your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, 
we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
