Information Request –Oxford VFB 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 9 March 2022 asking for the following 
information. 
 
1. Full incident reports for any STRU/VEG second alarm or greater within the Oxford VFB 
area for the 2020/2021 financial year. 
 
2. General appliance call out statistics for the Oxford VFB for the 2020/2021 financial year. 
 
3. Any communications regarding concern over the change in resources for Oxford VFB 
within the last 6 months. 
 
On 10 March 2022 we advised you that some of the information you were requesting cannot be 
made available without substantial collation. On 10 March 2022, you confirmed your request 
would be satisfied with records of second alarm or greater, structure and vegetation incidents, 
within the Oxford VFB area for the 2020/2021 financial year.  
 
In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), I enclose the records 
of all incidents within the Oxford VFB area for the 2020/2021 financial year. 
 
Your request for copies of any communications regarding concern over the change in resources for 
Oxford VFB within the last 6 months is declined under section 18(e) of the OIA, as the document 
alleged to contain the information requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to 
locate it, cannot be found.  
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
