I refer to your email of 24 February 2022 in which you request the following under the Official
Information Act 1982 (OIA):
I read in the Newspapers that the New Zealand Government requested the Russian
Ambassador come along and hear what the New Zealand Government had to say about
various things happening in the region.
I am wondering when the New Zealand Government requested the Ukrainian Ambassador
come along and tell the New Zealand Government about various things happening in the
region.
Can I have a copy of the transcript of what the Ukrainian Ambassador had to say to the
NZ Government?
On 24 March 2022, you were informed that the timeline for responding to your request for
information was extended to 1 April 2022. Thank you for your patience while this process was
completed.
Please find attached the readout of the meeting. Some information has been withheld under
