I refer to your email of 14 February and the 6 questions listed.  I have received comment on those questions and now respond as follows:

  1. No
  2. The 3 trees on 42 Lakings are not deemed a hazard.  The clause from 6.2.6 does not apply.
  3. The tree trunk growth had occurred over time to the point where the driveway and access was becoming compromised.
  4. Yes
  5. Arborists from David James Trees and Nelmac both inspected and conveyed their findings on the tree to our Reserves section at different times.  Both are certified and experienced arborists.
  6. No – the risk has been assessed by certified arborists and the risk is estimated as low.

This completes the request.
