Information Act 1982 (the Act) in regard to the response you have received to OIA-9430: 
 
Can you please advise when the appendices are to be released. 
In the meantime, I would like to re-submit this request [I am requesting the appendices from 
the recently-released Indicative Business Case for Auckland Light Rail].  
 
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is responding to this request as the agency subject to the Act, 
while the Auckland Light Rail Establishment Unit resides within Waka Kotahi and operates 
independently.  
 
The appendices to the Business Case have been published online and are available at: 
www.lightrail.co.nz/light-rail/resources.  
 
Under the provisions of the Act, I am obligated to refuse your request under section 18(d) as the 
information you have requested has been publicly released. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to refuse
