I am requesting the appendices from the recently-released Indicative Business Case for Auckland 
Light Rail. 
 
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is responding to this request as the agency subject to the Act, 
while the Auckland Light Rail Establishment Unit resides within Waka Kotahi and operates 
independently. 
 
I am refusing your request under section 18(d) of the Act because the information you have requested 
is set to be publicly released soon, to accompany the Indicative Business Case.  
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to refuse
