Conservation Trust. 
Thank you for your Official Information Act (Act) request received by the Department of Internal 
Affairs (Department) on 18 October 2021.      
You requested –  
•  I would like to know the current member of Pacific Development and Conservation Trust 
and their bio of available. Their pay rate and term of appointments. 
•  The trust’s full meeting minutes since 1st Jan 2020. 
 
In response to your request I can provide you with the following information.  
It is important to explain that the Pacific Development and Conservation Trust work is all 
voluntary. While members are required to submit an application prior to their appointment, this 
means that they do not hold paid positions. Therefore, I must refuse this part of your request 
pursuant to section 18(e) of the Act; that the information requested does not exist 
In pursuant to section 15(1)(b) of the Act, the Department has decided to grant you with the 
remainder of the information you seek. However, we are still working to prepare the 
information for release and will provide it as soon as practicable. We anticipate having the 
requested information to you no later than 30 November 2021. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
