Official information request regarding Halls of Residence mandatory
vaccination risk assessment
I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act)
dated 18 October 2021:
“Please provide the "detailed risk assessment", minutes of meetings, emails and
other correspondence including consultation with staff and students, relating to
the decision to mandate Covid-19 vaccinations for students and staff at Victoria
University of Wellington Halls of Residence.”
