Subject: RE: Daily Pass project status report - 6 May
Thanks //////////////////,
A couple of updates to the Status report:
Thales have identified the performance issue is related the use of the flatfare configuration item.
This is required due to difference pass prices (not so on the current monthly bus/rail period pass
products) and a simpler customer experience. We are currently prototyping a single Product - Zones
ABC + Inner Harbour Ferry Day Pass product using the proposed Thales workaround configuration,
this requires a similar presentation approach as the current monthly pass products (2 screens). The
downside to this approach is that we would be unable to introduce any additional day pass products.
Once Thales resolve the performance issue we would be in a position to include additional day pass
products but the presentation of the day pass products would revert back to the original
presentation approach (all day pass products on the first screen).
I would see schedule as Red as we do not have sufficient time to deliver as part of the May 14
release.
Regards
