Thank you for your email of 11 November 2021, requesting under the Official Information Act 
1982 (the Act): 
‘…please provide a list of organisations partnered with government departments and 
corporate bodies.’ 
I am writing to inform you that the timeframe to respond to your request has been extended 
by 20 working days, to 27 January 2022. 
This extension is made subject to section 15A(1)(a) of the Act. This is because the request 
entails the provision of or a search through a large quantity of information. The request 
cannot be met in the original timeframe without unreasonably interfering with the 
operations of the Department. This extension is also made subject to section 15A(1)(b) of 
the Act, that consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a 
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit. 
However, we will still endeavour to provide the response to you earlier if possible.  
The date of 27 January 2022 takes into account the summer holiday period from 25 
December 2021 to 15 January 2022 inclusive, as provided by the Ombudsman 
(https://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/agency-assistance/official-information-
calculators). 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review of my decision under section 28(3) of 
the Act. Information about how to make a complaint to the Ombudsman is available at
