Official Information Act request – partial transfer of request relating to parking 
enforcement at Te Pūkenga and its subsidiaries (refers MBIE’s Code of Conduct for 
Parking Enforcement on Private Land)  
 
I refer to the above and acknowledge receipt of your OIA request by email dated 29 
September 2021 that was transferred to us by Te Pūkenga pursuant to 14(b)(ii) of the OIA.  
 
We advise that we have free parking for all staff and visitors to our campus and have 
therefore not taken punitive action of any nature against any staff or students for non-
payment of “fines”.
