I refer to your official information request dated 17 September 2021 asking for the following

I would like a copy of the incident report, reference F3308051 related to a call out in Red 
Beach, Auckland. 
 
In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I enclose the SMS Incident 
Report.  Some information has been redacted to protect the privacy of individuals identified in the 
report.  
  
Please note the SMS Incident Report provided to you is generated by Fire and Emergency New 
Zealand’s electronic station management system (SMS Report). In SMS Reports, ‘Notifications’ and 
‘Message Log’ fields are reported in real time as fire crews and our communication centres 
communicate with each other during the incident. They are not the official final records of 
incidents but word for word transcripts of ‘live’ situations as they occur. They may contain spelling
