•  Here is a copy of the related sections of our delegations register, which refers to section 
34A of the RMA: 
 
 
 
•  There are no delegations under section 35 of the RMA. 
 
•  An Enforcement Strategy is under preparation and as such we do not have an 
adopted RMA monitoring strategy.
