Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health (the Ministry) on 25 August 2021 for: 
 
“request all communication, documents and reports regarding the perspex wall divider at 
the Auckland CBD Crowne Plaza MIQ facility over the last 3 months.” 
 
The Ministry does not hold the information requested. While a transfer was considered under 
section 14 of the Act, it was not necessary as you have also requested this information from the 
Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). You wil  receive a response from 
MBIE in due course.
