Response to your request for official information 
Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 28 July 2021 for 
information regarding Pfizer contracts and agreements. You specifically requested: 
1) the Title of all written Contracts and Agreements the NZ Government and its
Departments have entered in with Pfizer for its Comirnaty vaccine.
2) the Title of the written Contract or Agreement that specifies the price per dose of
Comirnaty vaccine.
3) “for each listed Contract/Agreement specify those that are marked "Confidential”.
The contracts titled: Manufacturing and Supply Agreement between Pfizer New Zealand Limited 
and the Sovereign in right of New Zealand and Manufacturing and Supply Agreement between 
Pfizer Overseas LLC and the Sovereign in Right of New Zealand outline the price per dose of 
the Corminarty vaccine and are the only contracts between the Crown (including all Government 
agencies) and Pfizer regarding the supply of Comirnaty. Both contracts contain commercially 
sensitive material and are marked confidential.
