Thank you for your request of 14 July 2021, under the Official Information Act (the Act) to
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, asking:
“I would like to know the bal ot entry breakdown for the nine KiwiBuild terraced
homes by Mike Greer Homes for Cessna Place in Mangere.
How many people were in the draw for each individual terrace home that was
balloted?
AND if any, how many rejected the offer?”
And -
“Could you please provide information on any Kiwibuild homes contracted to be built
in Auckland, including the ones that have not yet been published on Kiwibuild
website.
Could you please also provide estimated construction start dates and/or estimated
construction completion dates for these developments where known.”
The following table provides the number of ballot entries and the number of applicants for
each of the nine lots for Cessna Place in Māngere.
Over the nine units, there were 378 unique entries, and 560 applicants. An entry in the ballot
can represent one or more applicants, and many applicants entered for more than one
ballot.
