Health (the Ministry) on 20 December 2021 for: 
 
“A copy of the COVID-19 Health and Disability Sector Resurgence Planning Tool.” 
 
A copy of the 2020 COVID-19 Health and Disability Sector Resurgence Planning Tool is 
attached as Appendix 1 to this letter and has been released to you in full.  
 
The planning tool has subsequently been superseded by the implementation of the COVID-19 
Protection Framework, commonly known as the traffic light system. There is more information 
about the framework at: https://covid19.govt.nz/traffic-lights/covid-19-protection-framework/.
