Thank you for your two Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) requests dated 12 July 
2021. 
You have requested the following information: 
• Please provide all documents held by your body about your Te Raranga
(The Weave).
• Please include all documents that outline which individuals or institutions
created this programme and the decision-making process through which
this programme was created e.g. if this was created through legislation or
was an operational matter.

I note On 9 and 18 August 2021, Police emailed you to seek clarification to your 
request and provided you with the following information: 
a. The proactive release from the Department of the Prime Minister and
Cabinet which announced the establishment of Te Raranga, and
b. Previously released information regarding an update on Police monitoring
and recording of Hate Crime which outlined the work that underpins the
establishment of Te Raranga.
Subsequent emails seeking confirming that the information provided has 
answered your information request have not been responded to. As Police has 
not received further correspondence, I consider your request to have been 
answered and this matter closed. 
You have the right, under section 28(3) of the OIA, to ask the Ombudsman to 
review my decision if you are not satisfied with the way I have responded to your 
request
