•  I request a summary of the pass and fail rates for all the Bachelor of Nursing providers 
across the country, ideally across all three years of the programme. 
 
Your request has been considered under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
 
We  have  made  enquiries  with  the  relevant  Business  Units  and  have  determined  that  the 
information  you  have  requested  is  more  closely  connected  with  the  functions  of  the 
Tertiary Education Commission (TEC). I have therefore transferred your request to TEC in 
accordance with 14(b)(ii) of the Act. 
 
You may expect a response from the Tertiary Education Commission directly concerning your 
request.
