RE: OIA 13468 – Request – COVID VACCINE
Thank you for your request for information dated 30 April 2020 regarding the
percentage of Waikato DHB staff that have received the COVID vaccination by
department.
We understand that the Ministry of Health has now provided you with this
information on behalf of all DHBs, but for the purposes of completeness we are
able to confirm that 6,532 people who have self identified as being a Frontline
Healthcare Worker – DHB in the COVID Immunisation Register (to 26 May
2021) have been vaccinated.
This response has been provided under the Official Information Act 1982. You
have the right to seek an investigation by the Ombudsman of this decision.
